Sales channel connections: orders in, stock out, tracking back.
Each storefront or marketplace sends its orders to the warehouse and needs two things back: an accurate available quantity, and a ship confirmation with tracking. The connections are listed below. If yours is not there, request it below the questions.

What the connection carries
Three things have to cross between a channel and the floor.
01
Orders in
An order placed on the channel has to reach the floor once, with the lines, quantities, ship-to address and shipping service it was sold with. A duplicate is a second pick of stock that was only sold once, a missing order is a parcel nobody knows about, and a cancellation or address change made after import has to reach the floor before the pick, not after.
02
Stock out
The channel adjusts its own count for its own sales, but it only learns about everything else from the warehouse: receipts, sales on other channels, returns put back to stock and count adjustments. The number it shows is only as fresh as the last update it received.
03
Status back
When the parcel leaves, the channel needs to know it shipped and how to track it, including each parcel of a split shipment. Until it does, the order sits open on the channel as if nothing has happened.
Questions
Channel connection questions.
Why does the stock on my storefront not match the warehouse?
Because the channel shows the last number it was sent, not the shelf. The usual gaps are timing between updates, stock already committed to orders that have not been picked, returns that are back in the building but not yet inspected, and a channel listing mapped to the wrong item. Check the mapping first, including packs and bundles: faster syncing does not fix a listing mapped to the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
Should every channel see all of my stock?
Not necessarily. Any unit shown on two channels can sell twice in the gap between updates. Holding back a buffer per channel, or giving a slow-updating channel less than the full quantity, reduces that risk without removing it. Size the buffer to how far behind each channel's updates run and how fast the item sells there.
What if a channel I sell on is not listed?
Use the request button below these questions, or click any card marked Request. Name the storefront or marketplace, say whether you need orders, stock, shipping status or all three, and note anything unusual about how you sell there, such as bundles or items sold in packs. Our team will reach out.
