Summary

Binlogic ("we", "us", "our") provides warehouse and inventory management software. This policy explains what personal data we collect on binlogic.com and inside the Binlogic platform, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data.

Binlogic is a Novacrest company. Where we act on behalf of a customer (for example, processing data uploaded into a customer's tenant), the customer is the data controller and we act as a processor under their instructions.

Data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to deliver the service. Categories include:

  • Account data: name, work email, company, role.
  • Usage data: log events, feature adoption, error traces, IP address, device and browser metadata.
  • Customer content: SKUs, locations, orders, scans, photos, and other inventory records uploaded by your team.
  • Marketing data: form submissions on this site, email engagement if you subscribe.

How we use data

  • To provide, secure, and improve the Binlogic platform.
  • To respond to demo requests and support enquiries.
  • To send service notices (status, maintenance, billing).
  • With your consent, to send product updates and educational content.
  • To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

Sharing & sub-processors

We don't sell personal data. We share it with vetted sub-processors that help us run the service: cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and payments. Each sub-processor is signed to a written data processing agreement.

A current list is available on request from privacy@binlogic.com.

Retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as the account is active, plus the period needed to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. Customer content is retained according to the customer's contract; on termination, content is deleted within 30 days unless legal hold requires otherwise.

International transfers

Binlogic operates globally. Where personal data leaves your jurisdiction, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms, and apply additional safeguards where required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@binlogic.com and we'll respond within the timeframe required by law.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure. See our Security page for an overview of our controls.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working, plus optional analytics cookies you can accept or decline. We don't use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Children's privacy

Binlogic is a B2B product not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when needed. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
